About
Dividend Management is seeking a Cinematography + Photography Intern in the Los Angeles area. In this role, you will capture, edit, and deliver high-impact visual content—both motion and still—to drive our marketing campaigns, artist brand storytelling, and strategic initiatives. You'll work closely with creatives and strategists to bring our projects to life through cinematic visuals and professional photography.
Key Responsibilities
- Film behind-the-scenes content, interviews, promotional visuals, and live event coverage.
- Capture high-quality still photography for press kits, promotional campaigns, and social platforms.
- Edit both short-form and long-form videos for social media, YouTube, internal decks, and promotional campaigns.
- Develop video and photo concepts, storyboards, and shot lists aligned with creative briefs.
- Collaborate with graphic designers and marketing staff to incorporate motion graphics and branded elements.
- Organize and maintain raw footage and photography files, ensuring clear and consistent naming conventions.
- Stay current on visual trends across platforms such as TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts.
Qualifications & Skills
- Interest in learning Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, and/or DaVinci Resolve.
- Knowledge of DSLR/mirrorless camera setups, professional lighting, and audio equipment.
- Strong eye for visual storytelling and composition in both film and photography.
- Detail-oriented with excellent file management and delivery practices.
- Ability to work independently and remotely with minimal supervision.
- Bonus: Experience with color grading, audio post-production, and Adobe After Effects or other motion design tools.
This internship is available for the Fall semester. It is a non-paid position with flexible hours (minimum of 16 hours per week) to meet your college credit requirements.
