As a Marketplace SDR, youll be the first friendly voice our potential clients hear. Youll: Drive outbound prospecting and lead-generation campaigns
Qualify business owners and decision-makers exploring funding options
Introduce them to our diverse panel of lenders and unsecured loan products
Support Business Finance Specialists and senior colleagues
Navigate the early stages of the sales pipeline
Keep CRM and platform data sharp, organised, and up to date
Champion our brand values and deliver a standout first impression
What Were Looking For
You dont need finance experience
just the drive to build a career in it. Youll thrive here if you have: Previous Sales experience is highly desirable
Strong communication skills (written + verbal)
Big ambition and a willingness to learn
A natural talent for building relationships
Solid attention to detail and computer literacy
The ability to stay organised and effective under pressure
