Employer Description:
This is a growing outpatient physical therapy clinic in Huntington Beach, CA, specializing in both aquatic and land-based therapy for patients ranging from children to seniors.
The clinic is locally owned and operated by a licensed Doctor of Physical Therapy who is deeply invested in patient care and staff well-being.
Compensation:
$85,000 – $110,000 annually (Full-time, exempt).

Requirements of the Physical Therapist
Prefer 2+ years, but new grads are welcome.
Master's or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy from accredited college.
Current Physical Therapist license in California.

We are seeking a California-licensed Physical Therapist to join our team in a growing outpatient aquatic and physical therapy clinic located in Huntington Beach, CA.

Clinic Details:
Patient Demographics: Children to Geriatrics
Daily Patient Load: max 16 patients/day (Land Therapy)
Staff: 1 PT, 1 PTA, 6 support staff
Facility: Equipped for aquatic and land-based PT, includes gym access
Services Provided:
General Orthopedic Outpatient Therapy
Aquatic Therapy (PT/PTA not required to enter water)
Function-based movement therapy
Manual therapy focus
Candidate Requirements:
Skills: Strong manual therapy, functional movement orientation, willing to learn aquatic therapy
Attributes: Team player, communicative, respectful, growth-oriented, reliable, and committed to high-quality patient care
Physical Requirements: Able to perform manual therapy and demonstrate exercises
