This position is ideal for someone who is hands‑on, organized, and proactive in solving operational challenges.

What you will do:

Facility & Workplace Management

  • Conduct daily inspections of office areas and building facilities to ensure safety and functionality.
  • Perform minor repairs (lighting, door adjustments, basic electrical/water maintenance).
  • Coordinate external service providers (cleaning, gardening, security, repair services).
  • Support office set‑ups, relocations, furniture installation and meeting/event preparations.
  • Maintain tools, storage areas, and facility inventory.
  • Respond to urgent maintenance issues and coordinate with professional technicians when needed.

Safety & Compliance

  • Ensure all fire safety systems, emergency exits, and safety equipment comply with regulations.
  • Carry out regular safety checks and maintain documentation.
  • Manage access control systems, keys, and visitor handling when required.

Fleet Management

  • Manage the full lifecycle of company vehicles (usage, scheduling, condition monitoring).
  • Handle vehicle check‑in/out, documentation, mileage, fuel cards, and damage reporting.
  • Arrange inspections, maintenance, repairs, cleaning, and insurance coordination.
  • Serve as the main contact for leasing partners, workshops, and insurance providers.
  • Track fleet costs and propose improvements for efficiency.

General Logistics Support

  • Organize deliveries, shipments, mail handling, and office supplies.
  • Support colleagues with daily operational requests.
What you will bring:
  • Experience in facility management, Hausmeister duties, or fleet management (preferred).
  • Practical skills in basic repairs (electrical, carpentry, plumbing — at least one required).
  • Good understanding of vehicle operations, maintenance, and fleet processes.
  • Strong problem‑solving ability and a hands‑on, service‑oriented mindset.
  • Reliable, organized, capable of working independently.
  • Basic German communication skills; English is a plus.
  • Valid German driver’s license (Klasse B) required; Klasse BE/CE is a plus.
  • Willingness to respond to occasional urgent or after‑hours situations.
