*Job Title:* Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) – *2nd SHIFT FULL TIME, 2nd SHIFT PART TIME, 3rd SHIFT FT, AND 3rd SHIFT PT Opportunities!*
*Hours: *2nd shift hours are 2p-10p, 3rd shift hours are 10p-6a.

*As a part of the WSL Family, you will:*
* Provide compassionate, personalized care and assist residents with daily routines.
* Respond to resident needs, ensuring comfort, dignity, and safety.
* Administer medications and treatments under physician orders.
* Observe and report changes in residents’ conditions to the RN and physician as needed.
* Communicate clearly with residents, families, and team members.
* Assist in supervising CNAs and helping maintain a positive and caring environment.
*What You’ll Need:*
* Active Illinois LPN license in good standing.
* CPR certification preferred.
* Strong communication and documentation skills.
* A caring, team-focused attitude.
* Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and assist residents with mobility as needed.
*Pay & Benefits:*
* Competitive hourly rates: *$28.00 – $34.00 per hour (based on experience and shift)*
