Human Resources Business Partner

Our client is a global business with an important presence globally within the engineering sector. They have a highly established presence with a culture of innovation, change and growth. We are currently seeking an experienced HR business partner based near Fontainebleau, south of Paris, to provide solutions based support to the business. This is a critical role where you will be exposed to all areas of HR Business Partnering and industrial relations. You will be working across France as part of an outstanding and modern HR team and focus on various projects supporting the business in driving the strategy forward.

This is an autonomous role, where you will be providing solutions, strategy, analysis and ideas whilst being part of an incredible organization. You will be focusing on creating a modern and best practice function and supporting the wider HR vision.

Experience providing solutions based HR Business Partnering and working in a unionized and fast moving environment are essential.
