Your Role Accountabilities: Develop and implement design and UXR strategies to enhance audience engagement across digital platforms. Lead and mentor a diverse team of designers and UXR professionals. Oversee the design process from concept to execution, ensuring alignment with user needs and business goals. Conduct user research, analyze data, and translate insights into design strategies. Collaborate with product management, editorial, and tech teams to define UX goals. Ensure inclusive design and accessibility for all users. Monitor industry trends and emerging technologies for innovation. Establish metrics for design effectiveness and user satisfaction. Present design concepts and research findings to stakeholders. Qualifications & Experience: 10+ years in design leadership, preferably in media. Strong portfolio of design and UX projects. Expertise in user-centered design principles and methodologies. Experience managing multidisciplinary teams and hiring top talent. Proficient in design tools like Sketch, Figma, Adobe Suite; familiarity with front-end principles. Experience with quantitative and qualitative UXR methods. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach. The role offers a salary range of $226,800 to $421,200 annually, along with benefits such as health coverage, wellness programs, retirement plans, and paid time off.
