Sr. Digital Marketing Manager

to join our demand generation team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in designing and executing digital advertising campaigns, optimizing conversion rates, managing website projects, and developing SEO strategies. Collaboration with digital agencies and cross-functional teams is essential for success. This role reports to the Vice President, Demand Generation, and involves managing digital channels to generate pipeline and revenue, fostering a culture of experimentation, analyzing campaign performance, and optimizing digital assets. Key Responsibilities

Manage agency partners to achieve pipeline and revenue goals across digital channels. Drive a culture of experimentation and continuous improvement. Analyze digital marketing performance, craft insights, and recommend actions. Partner with internal teams to design, launch, and optimize digital assets for campaigns. Identify and test new channels, technologies, and strategies. Required Skills & Experience

5-7 years in digital marketing, preferably in B2B SaaS. Proven experience managing agency relationships for successful outcomes. Hands-on expertise with Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Google Tag Manager, and Google Analytics. Experience with SEO tools and strategies to improve organic search performance. Experience with conversion rate optimization tools like VWO. Proficiency with marketing automation platforms such as HubSpot. Experience reporting campaign performance using Salesforce or similar CRM. Knowledge of marketing segmentation tools like 6sense. Proficiency with website content management platforms, especially headless CMS, and collaborating with developers. Strong communication, organization, and project management skills.
