Graduate Network Engineer This is a fantastic opportunity for a Graduate Network Engineer to join a well-established connectivity solutions provider based near Maidstone. Offering a starting salary of £27,000 plus excellent benefits, this role is ideal for a graduate looking to build a career within a forward-thinking organisation. The company has been operating for over a decade, supports major infrastructure and engineering projects across the UK, and continues to invest heavily in modern network technologies. This is a predominantly office-based position, providing excellent hands-on exposure to a wide range of networking environments. Duties & Responsibilities Supporting the investigation and resolution of network faults across hardware, software, and connectivity.
Assisting with the setup, configuration, and testing of networking equipment including switches, routers, firewalls, and wireless devices.
Monitoring network performance and contributing to improvement initiatives.
Helping to maintain network security tools and protocols such as VPNs and firewalls.
Carrying out routine network maintenance including updates, patches, and documentation.
What Experience is Required A degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related subject (or equivalent experience).
A solid foundation in networking principles such as TCP/IP, routing, switching, DNS, and VLANs.
Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose technical issues.
