Your Impact
Design and architect GenAI and Agentic AI solutions that integrate seamlessly with Anaplan’s planning platform, enabling natural language interaction with complex business models
Lead the architecture strategy for conversational AI systems that understand and manipulate Anaplan dimensions, hierarchies, and planning models
Develop architecture patterns for agent‑to‑agent (A2A) communication frameworks that enable autonomous planning agents to collaborate on complex business scenarios
Design prompt engineering frameworks and best practices that optimize LLM performance for time‑series forecasting, scenario planning, and financial modelling use cases
Create technical specifications for agentic systems that can autonomously reason about business planning problems, propose solutions, and execute multi‑step workflows
Collaborate with product and engineering teams to define API contracts, data models, and integration patterns for AI‑powered features
Evaluate and recommend AI/ML technologies, frameworks, and models that align with enterprise requirements for security, scalability, and reliability
Lead architecture reviews and provide technical mentorship to engineering teams implementing AI solutions
Partner with data science teams to translate forecasting models and ML algorithms into production‑ready architectures
Design observability and evaluation frameworks for GenAI systems, including guardrails, monitoring, and continuous improvement mechanisms
Your Qualifications
Experience in software architecture, with experience focused on AI/ML systems
Deep expertise in LLM architecture, prompt engineering, and GenAI application design
Strong understanding of agentic AI patterns, multi‑agent systems, and autonomous decision‑making frameworks
Experience with enterprise AI frameworks (LangChain, LlamaIndex, CrewAI, Haystack, or similar)
Strong programming skills in Python and experience with modern AI/ML tooling (PyTorch, TensorFlow, etc.)
Experience designing RESTful APIs, microservices architectures, and event‑driven systems
Track record of shipping production AI systems at scale in enterprise environments
Strong skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for diverse audiences
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field (Master’s or PhD preferred)
Preferred Qualifications
Knowledge of Model Context Protocol (MCP) and agent communication standards
Experience with vector databases, RAG architectures, and semantic search systems
Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and their AI services
Experience in SaaS or enterprise software companies
