About
Proven experience in a similar commercial or sales management role within the Logistics, Distribution & Supply Chain industry. Operational experience and a good knowledge of road freight groupage market are both extremely advantageous, but not essential. Demonstrated success in developing and executing commercial strategies that drive revenue, margin, and market growth. A Strong background in customer relationship management, especially with major or key accounts. Experience in leading or influencing cross‑functional teams, including sales, marketing, and field sales. Excellent commercial negotiation skills, with experience managing tenders, contracts, and pricing models. A proven track record of coaching, mentoring & developing teams to high performance. A strong team player, exude leadership capabilities and create/foster a strong collegiate working environment. You will be a hands‑on leader, used to getting things done in a team environment. You will above all else, be a leader who makes a difference. A degree ideally in Business, Finance, Economics, Logistics, Supply Chain, Freight Forwarding or related fields. Salary & Benefits
