Location: Remote UK (regular travel to Swindon, Knaresborough, Meriden, and Victoria offices)
How We Work As Sales Director you will be expected to work in a virtual environment, with frequent travel to our Swindon, Knaresborough, Meriden and Victoria offices. Corpay will set you up for success by providing:

Role Responsibilities
Leading and developing a high‑performing corporate sales team focused on strategic growth across the Allstar and Keyfuels portfolio: fuel cards, EV charging, fleet maintenance, and business payment solutions.
Driving acquisition, growth and retention of high‑value corporate accounts through consultative selling and tailored solutions.
Collaborating cross‑functionally with product, marketing, and operations to align sales strategy with evolving customer needs and market trends.
Championing CRM adoption and pipeline discipline to ensure accurate forecasting and performance tracking.
Representing Allstar’s value proposition across its integrated services: Allstar One, Chargepass, ServicePoint, MileagePoint & Parking.
Delivering against revenue targets while maintaining high standards of customer satisfaction and compliance.
Driving upsell initiatives within the Account Management team and leading new business acquisition through the Corporate Sales team.
Working closely with the Partner channel to ensure all new and existing revenue opportunities are maximised.
Qualifications & Skills
Proven track record in leading corporate sales teams within B2B environments, ideally in fleet, mobility, payments, or SaaS.
Experience managing multi‑channel sales operations, including direct and partner/reseller models.
Strong understanding of the UK fleet and mobility landscape, including EV transition and sustainability initiatives.
Familiarity with Allstar’s service ecosystem or similar platforms (e.g., fuel cards, fleet servicing, business credit solutions).
Demonstrated success in achieving revenue growth, improving customer satisfaction, and driving operational efficiency.
Structured leadership background through coaching or mentoring.
