Position: SAP FI/CO Team Lead (Permanent)

We are seeking an experienced SAP FI/CO Team Lead with 10+ years in SAP Finance and 5+ years in leadership. This is a client-facing role requiring strong leadership, project management, and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead Fit-Gap analysis and define business requirements.
• Advise clients on strategic IT and business directions.
• Recommend and design innovative SAP financial solutions.
• Develop strategic roadmaps for SAP solution deployment.
• Configure and implement SAP FI modules (e.g. GL, AP, AR, AA, CO, Cost Center, Planning, Cash Journal, etc.).
• Ensure integration with other SAP modules.
• Conduct solution workshops and lead executive-level engagements.

Qualifications:

• 10+ years in SAP Finance, 5+ years as FICO Team Lead.
• Proven ability to lead client workshops and strategic discussions.
• Strong knowledge of Supplier Invoice Management (SIM), SLAs, and KPIs.
• Excellent client-facing, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in onsite-offshore delivery models.
• Bilingual in French and English (spoken and written).
