We’re supporting a leading manufacturing client in France who is looking for an experienced Workday Time Tracking & Absence Analyst to join their HRIS team.

This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to the successful rollout and optimisation of Workday Time Tracking & Absence modules in a complex, fast-paced industrial environment.

Key Responsibilities :

• Support configuration, maintenance, and optimisation of Workday Time Tracking & Absence modules
• Analyse and troubleshoot time and attendance data issues
• Act as the main point of contact for Workday time-related queries from HR and operations teams
• Ensure compliance with French labour laws and company policies
• Partner with cross-functional teams (HR, IT, Payroll) to improve system processes
• Create reports and dashboards to support business insights

Required Experience :

• Strong hands-on experience with Workday Time Tracking & Absence modules
• Familiarity with French workforce regulations and time policies
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Fluent in French and English
