We’re looking for a
Senior Consultant – Business Analyst
to join our dynamic team. This is an exciting opportunity to work on transformative projects, collaborate with forward-thinking clients, and shape the future of business operations.
Engage with client stakeholders to understand challenges and define requirements.
Map current and future processes, identifying gaps and opportunities for improvement.
Translate business needs into actionable specifications and solution designs.
Support digital transformation initiatives, including ERP, CRM, and workflow automation.
Conduct data analysis to inform decisions and validate business cases.
Facilitate workshops and requirement-gathering sessions.
Prepare high-quality reports, presentations, and recommendations for senior stakeholders.
What we’re looking for
Proven experience as a Business Analyst, ideally in a consultancy or client-facing role.
Strong understanding of business process improvement and change management.
Excellent communication and facilitation skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with project and change management methodologies.
Proficiency in data analysis and visualisation tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI).
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
