We’re looking for a Lead HVAC Installer who’s experienced, detail-oriented, and ready to take ownership of projects while mentoring others and maintaining our high standards of quality and customer satisfaction.
*What You’ll Do*
· Lead residential and commercial HVAC installation projects from start to finish
· Perform equipment changeouts, duct system installations, and start-ups to manufacturer and company standards
· Mentor and train junior installers and apprentices in technical skills and job-site safety
· Ensure compliance with all local, state, and company codes and safety procedures
· Communicate effectively with homeowners and office staff to ensure smooth workflow and customer satisfaction
· Manage materials, tools, and equipment efficiently and responsibly
· Maintain accurate job records and time tracking in ServiceTitan.
What You Bring
· 5+ years of residential HVAC installation experience
· Proven ability to lead a team and complete installations on time and to spec
· Strong understanding of HVAC systems, electrical components, and airflow design
· Excellent communication and customer service skills
· Clean driving record and valid driver’s license
· Dependable, organized, and committed to quality work
