About the role
We are seeking an IT Manager to lead 's Enterprise IT service team, overseeing global IT support, infrastructure, device management, and service delivery. This role blends hands-on technical leadership with strategic execution to scale systems, drive automation, and deliver an exceptional employee experience while maintaining a strong security posture. The ideal candidate is a people-first leader who thrives in fast-paced environments, balances operational excellence with innovation, and consistently drives measurable improvements in IT efficiency and reliability. What you'll be working on:
  • Oversee the digital workplace environment, including device management, identity services, communication platforms, and cloud-based collaboration tools
  • Manage and mentor the IT support team, including performance reviews, coaching, and professional development
  • Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for incident resolution, response times, and customer satisfaction
  • Implement IT support policies, procedures, and best practices
  • Manage vendor relationships and evaluate third-party service providers
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance service quality and operational efficiency
  • Review and approve escalated technical issues requiring management intervention
  • Ensure compliance with information security policies, data protection regulations, and industry standards
  • Present regular reports on IT operations, project status, and strategic initiatives
  • What we're looking for:
  • 5–7 years of progressive IT experience, including 2–3 years in a leadership role
  • A solution-focused mindset with excellent communication skills
  • Proven ability to evaluate, recommend, and implement enterprise technology solutions aligned with business objectives
  • Strong understanding of IT service management frameworks (ITIL, ITSM) and related best practices
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
