What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Optimize sales resources to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals while managing the territory operating budget
Collaborate with the Technical Support Specialist to execute an annual business growth plan including new product launches and pricing management
Monitor industry segments and competitive offerings to adjust sales strategies accordingly
Build and maintain positive relationships with customers and prospects within the territory
Utilize and update the CRM MS 365 platform daily to manage sales activities and customer interactions
What is Required (Qualifications):
Bachelor’s Degree in business management, life sciences, or a related field
Minimum of 4 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in the food safety diagnostic market or related fields
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint)
Strong business acumen and a proactive approach to sales growth
Ability to travel as required for the position
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Basic knowledge of microbiology and/or the food safety market
Experience in contract labs or industrial laboratories
