About
*WAGE SCALE:*
\* Up to $50/hour depending on experience and ability to learn and perform. Lead skills will need to be assessed to determine pay.
\*Up to $5,000 sign on bonus for Lead and up to $1,500 sign on bonus for laborer after probationary period.
\*Weekly pay check.
\*Paid holidays, benefits and vacations, and employer paid 80% of bronze health and 100% employer paid dental/vision/life insurance are available after probation. 401-K with a 5% match available after one year of employment.
\*Job lead should have 5+ yrs of experience, e.p.a certified, knowledge of sheet metal fabrication, leadership skills, ability to troubleshoot and service skills.
*JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES:*
\*Install new residential and commercial HVAC equipment.
\*Work in a team environment direct crew to complete installations.
\*Produce quality workmanship while completing projects on time and on budget.
\*Read and interpret blueprints and specifications accurately.
\*Good working knowledge of system layout and duct design.
\*Read and interpret product installation, engineering, and owner's manuals prior to equipment installation.
\*Experience with plumbing/pipe fitting (copper piping) preferred but not required.
\*Adhere to all safety policies and procedures.
*GENERAL JOB REQUIREMENTS:*
\*Must be able to perform work from ladders, mechanical lifts, and in confined spaces.
\*Good mechanical aptitude, common sense, work ethic and the desire to advance professionally and personally.
\*Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
\*Ability to maintain a positive, willing, and trainable attitude.
\*Have the ability to get along with and work well with people on all levels.
\*Work flexible hours depending on project requirements.
\*Should have own hand tools required for the job, power tools provided.
