Salesforce automation testing Experience in manual and automation testing of Salesforce Service Cloud applications. Proficiency in REST API testing using Postman or similar tools. Ex-perience with load performance testing tools and methodologies. Hands-on experience with Selenium WebDriver and test automation frameworks. Solid understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies and experience working in Agile teams.
Familiarity with test management and defect tracking tools (e.g., Jira, Azure DevOps). Strong analytical, debugging, and communication skills.
