New Homes Sales Consultant / Manager Are you an experienced New Homes Sales Consultant / Manager looking for an exciting opportunity in Birmingham City Centre? We are working with a well-established independent estate agency that is seeking a motivated and customer-focused New Homes Sales Consultant / Manager to join their busy team. Key Responsibilities of a New Homes Sales Consultant / Manager: * Meet and greet customers on-site, providing a professional and welcoming experience. * Qualify customer requirements and guide them through the sales process. * Handle incoming sales enquiries and arrange property viewings. * Advise customers on their buying journey, ensuring a seamless experience. * Proactively progress sales and maintain strong customer relationships. What We’re Looking For: * Previous new home sales experience within the housebuilding industry. * A strong customer service and sales-focused approach. * Confident IT skills, including Microsoft Office. * Well-presented, professional, and highly motivated. * Full UK driving licence and access to your own transport. Working Hours: * Monday to Friday: 8:45am - 5:30pm * Every other Saturday (no day off in lieu) Salary & Commission: * Basic Salary: £24,000 - £30,000 (depending on experience) * Commission: £1,000 - £2,000 per sale (£1,500 average per sale) If you are a driven New Homes Sales Consultant / Manager ready to take the next step in your career, apply today and join a thriving team!
