LOCATION: Melton, East Yorkshire SALARY: Competitive We have an excellent opportunity for a Quality Associate to join Origin Pharma expanding Quality team. This role plays a key part in ensuring compliance with GMP, ISO 9001, ISO 15378 and BRCGS requirements, supporting quality systems, investigations, continuous improvement and day-to-day quality processes. With exposure to internal audits, supplier management, document control and batch release activities, this is an ideal opportunity for someone looking to develop their career within a high-performing, regulated environment. WHY THIS ROLE STANDS OUT * Work within a growing, forward-thinking organisation focused on quality and continuous improvement * Exposure to a wide range of quality systems and regulated frameworks (ISO, GMP, BRCGS) * Varied role covering investigations, documentation, audits and process improvement * Opportunity to develop quality expertise with strong support for ongoing learning WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING * Manage non-conformance investigations, complaints, and NCRs, ensuring timely and effective follow-up * Contribute to HACCP, risk assessments and change control activities * Create, maintain and update SOPs, work instructions and quality documentation * Co-ordinate documentation and batch release information, resolving any production issues * Support internal audit programmes, site monitoring, and quarantine control * Assist with supplier performance monitoring and goods-in inspections * Respond to RFIs, technical queries and compliance statements * Support calibration management, problem solving, and continuous improvement initiatives WHAT YOU’LL BRING * Experience in a quality role within a regulated, manufacturing or GMP-driven environment * Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail and accuracy * Good communication skills, able to work cross-functionally and with external partners * Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ability to maintain clear records and documentation * Internal auditing qualification (desirable) WHAT YOU’LL GET * Competitive salary and company bonus scheme * Company pension and annual CPD allowance * Opportunities for ongoing development, training and progression * A supportive team environment with a strong culture of improvement * Exposure to multiple quality frameworks and industry standards * A chance to directly contribute to continuous improvement across the business * Work in a modern, forward-thinking manufacturing environment WHAT NEXT?
