What you’ll be doing in a nutshell
Direct the planning and execution of the division’s sales strategy ensuring alignment with company goals and monitoring performance.
Provide leadership and direction to the sales function and related teams delivering measurable outcomes and achieving sales targets.
Adapt to evolving market conditions and dynamic business environments.
Leverage data and analytics to inform decisions and refine sales strategies.
Build and lead high‑performing teams that drive business performance and growth.
Establish and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders.
Manage strategic relationships with partners, suppliers and customers regionally and globally collaborating with the Group Commercial Director to implement a global customer relationship strategy.
Sponsor and direct strategic programs, projects and initiatives within the division and across the organisation.
What We’re Looking For
Proven experience in leading global sales teams and managing multicultural teams to achieve sales targets.
Demonstrated success in expanding business operations into new international markets.
Expertise in developing comprehensive sales strategies and setting achievable targets.
Flexibility to adapt sales techniques to diverse cultural and market conditions.
A strong track record of building and maintaining robust customer relationships and partnerships.
Proficiency in analysing sales data and market trends to drive informed decision‑making.
Deep understanding of international markets and cultural nuances.
Current knowledge of industry trends, market forecasts and the competitive landscape.
Ability to tailor sales strategies to different regional needs.
Exceptional leadership and motivational skills.
Strong negotiation and influencing capabilities.
