Administrative & Inside Sales Coordinator
Shift/Hours: Monday - Friday - 8 am-4 pm Pay Rate: $25/hr Location: Rockaway, NJ Experience: Minimum 2 years PrideStaff Financial is excited to partner with a fast-growing, high-tech security company that continues to expand nationwide. We're searching for an energetic, tech-savvy professional to join their team in a role that blends administrative support with inside sales responsibilities. Position Overview:
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys variety in their day, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is eager to grow into an Account Manager position. The ideal candidate will be organized, detail-oriented, and confident in communicating with both clients and team members. Responsibilities:
Provide day-to-day administrative support to the Account Management team Assist with sales outreach, including making follow-up calls and scheduling meetings Create and update email campaigns using Mailchimp Maintain and organize documents within Google Workspace and Microsoft Office Suite Prepare and manage spreadsheets in Excel (strong proficiency required) Post newsletters and company updates on Facebook and LinkedIn Track sales activity, update CRM tools, and ensure accurate documentation Handle other administrative tasks and special projects as needed Qualifications:
2+ years of administrative or inside sales experience Proficient in Excel, Mailchimp, Google Workspace, and MS Office Excellent written and verbal communication skills Fast learner with strong organizational and multitasking abilities Comfortable making sales calls and supporting business development efforts Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset If you're ready to take the next step in your career and join a company that values initiative and growth, we want to hear from you!
