*Summary*
We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Physical Therapist to join our team at Arlington Health and Rehabilitation. In this role, you will develop personalized treatment plans aimed at restoring patients' health and enhancing their quality of life. Your expertise will be vital in delivering top-notch rehabilitation services.
*Responsibilities*
* Evaluate patients' physical abilities and develop individualized treatment plans.
* Administer therapeutic exercises and modalities to enhance recovery.
* Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
* Educate patients and their families on rehabilitation processes and home care strategies.
* Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive patient care.
* Document patient progress accurately in compliance with healthcare regulations.
*Requirements*
* Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
* Valid state licensure or eligibility for licensure as a Physical Therapist.
* Strong knowledge of inpatient and outpatient rehabilitation practices.
* Excellent communication skills for effective patient interaction.
* Ability to work collaboratively within a healthcare team.
