We’re seeking a compassionate and dedicated *Occupational Therapist (OT), *licensed to practice in New Mexico with at least one 1 year of experience in the field. *What You’ll Do*
* Complete comprehensive evaluations to assess client needs and functional abilities
* Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to support rehab goals
* Deliver effective therapeutic interventions focused on improving daily living skills
* Educate clients and caregivers on techniques and goals for at-home success
* Recommend adaptive equipment and home modifications for safety and mobility
* Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans as needed
* Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with healthcare standards
* Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure coordinated care
*What We’re Looking For*
* *Licensed Occupational Therapist* in the state of New Mexico (Required)
* Minimum of *1 year of experience* as an OT (Preferred)
* Experience in *home health* or community-based care (Preferred)
* Strong clinical skills with a focus on rehabilitation and functional improvement
* Excellent communication and time-management skills
* A compassionate, patient-first approach to therapy
* Ability to work independently and manage a flexible caseload
