Day-to-day responsibilities: Engage senior professionals to sell attendance at high-level industry events Identify and qualify leads through research, outreach, and networking Build lasting relationships with clients by understanding their business needs Achieve and exceed sales targets through consultative, phone-based selling Collaborate with marketing and event teams to drive successful campaigns and growthWe’re looking individuals who are: Ideally 1 year experience in an office/sales environment Commercially minded Confident communicators with a hunger to succeed Motivated, resilient and eager to continuously learn Excited by the idea of speaking to senior business leaders dailyWhat’s in it for you: Up to 28k base, £35k-40k OTE in your first year (uncapped commission) Exceptional training and mentorship from experienced leaders Clear progression to management or international roles A dynamic, collaborative and entrepreneurial environment
