Our client is a brilliant, fast‑paced marketing agency looking for a
Senior Digital Marketing Executive
to join their team.
Responsibilities
Deliver marketing strategies with the wider communications team
Set up and manage paid ads across Meta, LinkedIn, and TikTok
Use CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho) for segmentation, automation, and performance tracking
Conduct social research—keywords, hashtags, competitors, audience targeting—to develop optimized campaign plans
Work with content and design teams to align campaigns with goals and brand messaging
Manage email marketing schedules and builds for ecommerce clients
Analyze performance data to identify wins and growth areas
Stay current with market trends and insights
Report on all marketing activity performance and support strategy documents and proposals
Qualifications
1+ year of experience in a digital marketing role (agency experience preferred)
Hands‑on management of paid social campaigns
Strong working knowledge of Google Analytics
High attention to detail and solid numerical ability
Proven track record of meeting project milestones
Self‑starter with an analytical mindset and passion for digital & tech
Excellent communication and documentation skills
Bonus
Google, Bing, Meta Blueprint or similar certifications
Working knowledge of HTML or CMS platforms
