*Job Overview*
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Associate Dentist to join our dynamic dental practice. The ideal candidate will possess a strong commitment to providing exceptional patient care and will be proficient in various dental procedures. This role requires a compassionate approach to patient interactions, ensuring comfort and understanding throughout their dental experience. The Associate Dentist will work collaboratively with our team to deliver high-quality dental services in a supportive environment.
*Duties*
* Rotating schedule requires travel between two locations (South Hadley, MA and Granby, CT). This is non-negotiable and subject to change with prior notice.
* Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
* Perform a range of dental procedures, including general dentistry, pediatric dentistry, oral surgery, endodontics, prosthodontics, and root canal therapy.
* Execute dental extractions and other surgical procedures while adhering to aseptic techniques.
* Utilize medical imaging technologies for accurate diagnostics and treatment planning.
* Maintain accurate medical records and documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
* Collaborate with dental hygienists and assistants in a four-handed dentistry approach to enhance patient care efficiency.
* Ensure infection control protocols are strictly followed to maintain a safe clinical environment.
* Educate patients on oral health practices and preventive care measures.
*Skills*
* Proficient in Eaglesoft
* Strong understanding of dental terminology and medical terminology relevant to patient care.
* Knowledge of anatomy related to dentistry for effective treatment planning.
* Experience in pediatric dentistry, demonstrating the ability to manage young patients effectively.
* Familiarity with medical documentation processes and maintaining accurate medical records.
* Excellent communication skills for effective patient interaction and education.
* Ability to work collaboratively within a team-oriented environment while providing high-quality patient care.

Pay: $100,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year
