About the Role
As the Head Chef at Poppy's, you'll serve as both the creative and operational lead of the kitchen. You'll drive menu development, maintain the highest culinary standards, and ensure guests enjoy exceptional meals every time they visit. Working alongside ownership and management, you'll set the pace for quality, collaboration, and innovation.

What You'll Do
- Lead the Kitchen: Oversee daily operations with a focus on consistency, precision, and culinary excellence.

- Maintain Standards: Ensure full adherence to food safety, sanitation, and health regulations.
- Drive Performance: Manage ordering, inventory, and food costs to support operational and financial targets.
- Collaborate: Work with ownership and management on menus, seasonal offerings, and new initiatives.

What You Bring
- At least 2 years of culinary leadership experience in a full-service or upscale restaurant
- Strong background in French or European-inspired cuisine
- Demonstrated success in team leadership, cost management, and kitchen operations
- Excellent communication, organization, and leadership abilities
- A hands-on, standards-driven approach with a genuine passion for delivering outstanding guest experiences
