Job Summary
We are seeking a talented and passionate Chef to lead our kitchen team in delivering exceptional culinary experiences. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in food preparation and restaurant management, with a commitment to maintaining the highest standards of food safety and quality. As a Chef, you will play a pivotal role in menu creation, staff supervision, and ensuring that our guests receive outstanding service in a welcoming atmosphere.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook menu items to meet the needs and preferences of customers.
- Oversee daily kitchen operations, ensuring food is prepared to the highest standards.
- Manage and train prep staff and tandoor staff.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in the kitchen.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Chef or in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of culinary techniques and trends.
- Hands-on experience on Tandoor as well.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Culinary degree or equivalent experience preferred.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $16.55-$19.00 per hour
