Venerica Meats Inc. is seeking an organized and reliable Office Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in office software such as MS Word and Excel. This is a full-time position with immediate availability.
Responsibilities:
- Assess customer needs and provide information about our services, procedures, and guidelines.
- Handle incoming phone calls in the office.
- Reach out to restaurants and food businesses to present our products and services.
- Proofread application forms and other official documents for accuracy and completeness.
- Organize and maintain files, data, and process invoices using MS Word, Excel, and other software tools.
- Prepare and maintain records of statistical and quantitative reports.
- Ensure fluency in English for effective communication.
- Debt Collection.
Requirements:
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and file management software.
- Ability to communicate effectively over the phone and in writing.
- Fluency in English.
- Ability to start immediately.
