The Technical Director will be responsible for developing and driving the strategy for the Health Data Platform as well as guiding a highly effective engineering team to deliver scalable and reliable feature development for core platform applications. This is not a traditional engineering management role — while this role will have oversight over technical execution, critical strengths should lie in product strategy, stakeholder alignment, and technical program leadership. The Technical Director will work closely with senior leadership including the CEO, CTO, and other executive stakeholders to define, prioritize, and deliver high-impact technology initiatives. The ability to think strategically, communicate clearly, and align product vision with business objectives will be key to success. Responisibilities:
