About
Crossroads is a one-location clinic that focuses on patient care. We are a unique clinic that treats musculoskeletal injuries of all kinds and for all ages. Our focus is on getting patients better, faster, with an individualized program. Our goal is to change the biomechanics of the body, focusing on trunk and core stabilization with emphasis on the pelvis and rib position, to take strain off the injured component. We encourage our therapists to utilize therapeutic activity, manual techniques and neuromuscular reeducation to impact patients. Multiple different treatment modalities are offered including: Dry Needling, Myofascial Release, Applied Functional Movement Instruction, 3-D Muscle Training, Postural Restoration, Active Release Techniques (ART), Joint Mobilization/Muscle Energy Techniques, Visceral Mobilization, Graston Soft Tissue Mobilization, and Cupping Soft Tissue Mobilization.
*Therapists are given 45 minute time slots for one individual patient with no double booking.* *Therapist spend the full sessions with the patient as we do not utilize therapy techs/aids to work with the patient's. *We have plenty of private treatment rooms and a spacious gym. Crossroads will help you foster and grow your treatment interests by providing $1000 for continuing education as well as whatever equipment you may need to treat patients.
Our clinic is open from 7-6:00, M-F, no weekends or holidays are required. Flexibility in work hours and a great time off package are provided.
If you have a special area of interest or expertise in an area such as Women's Health, Balance, hand, etc. We will compensate you for your advanced training.
*We currently have 2 therapists with advanced training in Women's health and we would like to expand that team.* If you are interested in Women's Health or have experience, please apply!
Minimum Education Required: Masters in Physical Therapy
Minimum Experience Required: None - New Graduates are encouraged to apply
