Role/Department We are seeking a dynamic and strategic sales leader to drive growth and expansion of our Asset Servicing business focused on Institutional Asset Owners across the EMEA region. The Head of Sales will lead a high‑performing sales team, build and execute regional sales strategies, deepen client relationships, and deliver revenue targets. You will shape our Asset Owner presence in key markets and collaborate with regional business leads, global product, operations, and relationship management teams.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute a robust sales strategy for Asset Owner solutions across EMEA, aligned with global objectives.
Lead, coach, and expand the regional sales team, fostering a high‑performance, client‑centric culture.
Identify, originate, and close new business opportunities with institutional clients, including pension funds, sovereign wealth funds, central banks and insurers.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, industry influencers, and internal stakeholders.
Collaborate with product management to ensure market needs are reflected in solution development and positioning.
Represent the firm in industry events, conferences, and regulatory discussions across the region.
Maintain oversight of the sales pipeline, forecasts, and performance metrics, providing regular updates to senior leadership.
Ensure compliance with internal governance standards and local regulatory requirements.
Candidate Profile
Proven experience in financial services, with a strong focus on Asset Servicing, Custody, Fund Administration, or Securities Services.
Proven track record in institutional sales leadership within the EMEA region.
Deep understanding of regional market dynamics, regulatory landscape, and client needs.
Strong leadership and team management experience; able to inspire and drive results.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship‑building skills.
Strategic thinker with a strong commercial acumen and data‑driven approach to decision making.
Ability to work effectively across cultures and geographies.
Experience in Investment Strategy/Management is a strong plus.
Experience managing cross‑border sales efforts and multicultural teams.
Demonstrated ability to operate effectively in a matrixed, global organization.
