We’re excited to add a *Speech-Language Pathologist* to our growing team! This part-time position offers the chance to work at our office, providing therapy to a diverse group of children. The ideal candidate shares our passion for early intervention, play-based therapy, speech sound disorders, and working with autistic children to help them reach their communication goals.

*Job Summary*
We are seeking for a passionate and dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a love for early intervention, play-based therapy, speech-sound disorders and working with children of all ages with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). This position will involve clinic-based therapy sessions focusing on toddlers through preschool to school age populations.
*Responsibilities*
* Implement individualized therapy plans to address speech, language, social communication, and cognitive-communication disorders.
* Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams to support students' educational and developmental needs.
* Provide consultation and support to families and caregivers, emphasizing a partnership approach to therapy.
* Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports in compliance with regulatory standards and clinic policies.
* Stay updated on the latest research and therapeutic approaches in the field of speech-language pathology.

*Key Responsibilities:*
* Provide speech and language therapy in our Fort Lauderdale clinic
* Address speech, language, and communication challenges in pediatric clients.
* Maintain thorough and timely documentation, including daily progress notes.
*Preferred Availability:*
* Monday through Friday
*Qualifications:*
* Master’s degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders or a related field
* Active Florida Department of Health (DOH) license
* Experience working with pediatric populations
* Strong communication skills and a self-motivated approach
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
*Compensation:* $60.00 per hour
