Key Duties & Responsibilities
• Lead outreach efforts to generate and convert qualified prospects through a structured sales process.
• Conduct virtual consultations with professionals and organizations seeking personal and leadership development solutions.
• Develop and manage a consistent sales pipeline, tracking progress through established systems and reporting tools.
• Collaborate with marketing and recruitment teams to align strategies and ensure cohesive client communication.
• Maintain detailed records of activity and performance to drive data-informed growth.
• Participate in ongoing professional-development and training initiatives.
• Maintain a high level of professionalism, confidentiality, and integrity in all client interactions.
Candidate Qualifications
• Demonstrated experience in
sales management, business development, or account acquisition
(B2B or B2C).
• Proven success in achieving or exceeding performance-based targets.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to lead with initiative and manage multiple priorities in a remote environment.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Basic computer literacy and comfort with digital tools, including use of AI in job duties.
• Availability to operate within Eastern Standard Time (EST / UTC-5:00).
• Familiarity with the North American market is an asset.

Compensation & Hours
This is a contract-based position with flexible scheduling for both full-time and part-time professionals. Compensation is results-based and commensurate with the scope of work performed.
