Responsibilities

• Ability to take apart and rebuild engines is required.
• Diagnose and repair automotive issues using appropriate tools and techniques.
• Perform routine maintenance on vehicles, including oil changes, tire rotations, and brake inspections.
• Assemble and disassemble vehicle components as needed for repairs.
• Utilize schematics to troubleshoot electrical systems and other complex issues.
• Conduct thorough inspections of vehicles to identify potential problems.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace while adhering to safety protocols.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow in the shop.
• Stay updated on the latest automotive technologies and repair techniques.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as an Automotive Mechanic or in a similar role.
• Strong mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience in automotive repair.
• Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment.
• Ability to perform heavy lifting as required during repairs.
• Experience working at a dealership is a plus but not required.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work well within a team environment.
• A valid driver's license is required.
