*Job Summary*Anchor Spine and Joint is seeking a compassionate, dedicated, and licensed Part-Time Float Physical Therapist to join our team. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for evaluating, diagnosing, and developing individualized treatment plans for patients with orthopedic and pain-related conditions. The Float PT will work across multiple clinic locations, requiring strong clinical judgment, organizational skills, and a commitment to providing a consistent and excellent patient experience
.*Key Responsibilities*
* Conduct comprehensive initial evaluations and reassessments for patients with a wide range of musculoskeletal and pain conditions.
* Develop, implement, and adjust individualized, evidence-based treatment plans to maximize patient function, relieve pain, and restore mobility.
* Provide skilled physical therapy treatments, including therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, modalities, and functional training.
* Effectively communicate and collaborate with the multidisciplinary care team, including physicians, physical therapist assistants, and other clinical staff.
* Supervise and provide direction to Physical Therapist Assistants (PTAs) in accordance with Florida state regulations.
* Thoroughly and accurately document all patient evaluations, treatment plans, progress notes, and discharge summaries in the Electronic Health Records (EHR) system.
* Provide education and instruction to patients and their families on their diagnosis, home exercise programs, pain management strategies, and wellness maintenance.
* Travel between various clinic locations as assigned, requiring reliable transportation and excellent time management skills.
* Contribute to a positive and compassionate environment for patients and colleagues.

- Very competitive salary range of $95,000 - 115,00,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
