Are you a strategic supply chain leader ready to shape the future of an iconic global FMCG brand? Our client is looking for a Director of S&OP to drive end-to-end planning excellence, align commercial and operational priorities, and deliver growth with agility and efficiency.
About the Role As Head of S&OP, you will lead a high-performing team to implement world‑class planning processes across demand, supply, and inventory management. Acting as the key liaison between commercial, supply chain and finance functions, you will ensure the business operates with foresight, precision and responsiveness.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the design, implementation and continuous improvement of S&OP processes across multiple regions.
Align demand and supply plans to support business strategy, growth targets and operational excellence.
Partner with commercial teams to translate market insights into actionable forecasts.
Drive inventory optimisation, service level improvements and operational efficiency.
Lead, mentor and develop a team of S&OP and planning professionals.
Present insights and recommendations to senior leadership to enable data‑driven decisions.
What We’re Looking For
Proven experience in S&OP, demand planning or supply chain leadership within FMCG or fast‑moving consumer industries.
Strong analytical skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable strategies.
Demonstrated success in leading cross‑functional teams and influencing senior stakeholders.
Expertise in forecasting, inventory management and integrated business planning systems.
Exceptional communication skills, with a collaborative and results‑driven mindset.
