Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Customer Service Representative located in Markham, ON. The role involves managing daily responsibilities including answering customer inquiries, resolving issues, ensuring customer satisfaction, and overseeing support through phone, email, and our order system. The Customer Service Representative will play a key role in creating a positive customer experience and strengthening relationships with SRG.

Qualifications

  • Proven customer service and support skills, with a focus on satisfaction and experience
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
  • Proficiency in customer service software and tools (ERP/CRM systems, ticketing platforms, etc.)
  • Previous experience in a similar role is preferred
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in customer service are a plus
