Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

About
You will work twelve hour shifts, either 6a to 6p or 6p to 6a. You will support residents in long term care, a dedicated behavioral health unit, and a strong rehabilitation program.

Your work will include:
* Wound care
* Skin assessments
* Admissions
* Nursing assessments
* Medication passes
You will be supported by:
* Unit secretaries
* Unit managers
* CMAs to assist with medication passes
* Two ADONs
* A DON
* MDS
* Medical records
* Standing orders
* Fast access to physicians
You must hold a valid LPN license. No special certifications required.
Pay range is 29 to 38 dollars per hour.
You will have opportunities for growth. Charge nurse, ADON, or DON roles are available within Haven Health’s statewide network of over twenty locations.
