We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Product Designer to join our dynamic product team. This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to impactful digital solutions within the health services space, supporting the mission of improving healthcare experiences for key populations.



As a Senior Product Designer, you will play a pivotal role in shaping intuitive, accessible, and engaging digital experiences across multiple platforms. You will work independently and collaboratively to apply user-centered research and design principles throughout the product development lifecycle—from initial concept through execution and beyond.



Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and execute UX strategy, interaction design, and visual design efforts across multiple platforms and products.
* Conduct and incorporate user research, data analysis, and usability testing to inform design decisions and enhance user experiences.
* Develop design templates, patterns, and standards that promote consistency and usability.
* Advocate for accessibility, inclusive design, and user-centered practices throughout the organization.
* Mentor junior designers and guide project teams in delivering high-quality user experiences.
* Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Operations to deliver cohesive solutions.
* Communicate design solutions effectively through presentations, prototypes, and documentation.
* Identify areas of improvement in existing products and recommend solutions informed by data and user insights.
* Ensure designs align with business goals and support overall product strategy.
* Support agile development teams with continuous design iteration and feedback.
* Stay current on emerging design trends, tools, technologies, and methodologies.



Qualifications:
* Portfolio showcasing cross-channel user experience design, with strong emphasis on usability, accessibility, and data-driven design.
* 5+ years of experience in UX design, UI design, interaction design, information architecture, or similar fields.
* 3+ years of experience incorporating user feedback via research, NPS, focus groups, or user data into the design process.
* 3+ years of experience presenting design solutions to cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
* 1–2 years of experience using data analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Tableau, PowerBI) to drive design decisions.
* 1–2 years in a senior or lead design role.
* Proficiency with design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, Miro, and Adobe Creative Suite.
* Experience designing for diverse user groups, including users with varying abilities.
* Familiarity with Agile methodologies and workflows.



Nice to Have:
* Bachelor’s Degree in Human-Centered Design, Design, or a related field.
* Working knowledge of HTML/CSS.
* Experience with Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG).

Pay: $60.00 - $65.00 per hour
