About
Lead the enterprise-wide AI adoption strategy and drive end-to-end digital transformation. This role is responsible for identifying high-impact AI opportunities, executing scalable AI solutions, and enabling an AI-first culture across the organization. The leader will work closely with executives and business-unit heads to align AI initiatives with strategic objectives and measurable business outcomes.
*Key ResponsibilitiesAI Strategy & Execution*
* Lead the enterprise-wide AI transformation strategy and roadmap.
* Identify, evaluate, and prioritize high-impact AI use cases across all business units.
* Build, launch, and scale AI pilots, proof-of-concepts, and enterprise deployments.
* Oversee the AI Center of Excellence and manage AI partners, vendors, and technology ecosystems.
*Change Management & Culture*
* Drive change management initiatives to foster an AI-first mindset across the workforce.
* Develop training programs and upskilling pathways for AI and automation adoption.
* Partner with HR and operations to integrate AI into workforce planning and processes.
*Leadership & Stakeholder Engagement*
* Work closely with the C-suite, department heads, and cross-functional teams to align AI programs with business KPIs.
* Provide executive-level communication, reporting, and strategic insights.
* Serve as the organization’s thought leader on GenAI, automation, and advanced data capabilities.
*Governance, Risk, & Compliance*
* Establish and manage AI governance frameworks, including risk, ethics, responsible AI, and regulatory compliance.
* Ensure that deployed solutions meet enterprise standards for security, privacy, and model performance.
*Value Realization*
* Measure ROI of AI initiatives, track adoption, and report transformation outcomes.
* Ensure continuous improvement and long-term scalability of AI systems and processes.
*Requirements*
* *3+ years of experience* in digital transformation, AI transformation, or management consulting.
* *Proven track record leading $10M+ AI programs* with measurable business impact.
* Deep expertise in *Generative AI, automation, and enterprise data platforms*.
* Strong understanding of *Large Language Models (LLMs)* and their integration into workforce workflows.
* Outstanding business acumen and stakeholder-management skills.
* Experience applying change-management frameworks (e.g., *Prosci, Kotter*).
* Excellent communication skills and *executive presence*.

Pay: $120,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
