The Role And What You’ll Do As Director, Sales Operations, you will implement and lead the Sales Operations function across the newly created Events business to create an organization that can support the requirements of the Global Partnerships & Sales teams across the different business units, ensuring scalable processes and systems that are fit for purpose.
Key Results Areas
Create a Sales Operations function across the Events business which acts as a Centre of Expertise, promoting Sales best practices across the organization.
Contribute to and support business development initiatives across the organization
Creation, development and enhancement of CRM systems across the organization including databases, reporting, data collection systems, and data analytics to optimize statistical efficiency and quality. Create and communicate CRM tools and processes that are utilized effectively by the wider Global Partnerships & Sales teams.
Evaluation of Sales tools to drive efficiencies for the sales team, leveraging AI capabilities
Generate performance dashboards that encompass key metric which deliver insights and analytics to drive and manage the business
Lead quarterly forecasting process with Finance
Work with Finance and HR to support the administration of sales incentive plans
Review and validation of quarterly sales targets across the organization with relevant reporting to senior leadership
Contribute towards lead generation and ideation with wider Global Partnerships stakeholders
Coordinate on-boarding and ensure integration of new properties / events on to all CRM and Sales Operations processes
Support and lead strategic projects where appropriate
You Have These
Significant experience of working with databases and reporting
Project management and IT implementation project experience
Experience of working within a similar Sales or Business Operations team within a start up organization
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize
Ability to think take an analytical and systematic approach to solving business problems
Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to deal with different personalities across the business
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint, Power BI, CRM & Salesforce
Excellent attention to detail
Team management experience may be useful as the business scales
Travel
Limited but some travel to events, and, internationally if required.
Working Conditions
Permanent – Chiswick Park
Working hours are: 35 hours per week – 9am-5pm
Working days are: Monday to Friday
