Hiring ** Hiring ** Product Manager; Ethernet – Circa £65k-£70k + benefits – London/Flex Leading UK Telco requires an Ethernet/DIA experienced Product Manager. This role is not just a job; but a dynamic journey into the heart of connectivity innovation. We are on the lookout for a dynamic Ethernet/Connectivity experienced Product Manager, to work across bleeding edge services, including; FTTP, Ethernet, and SoGEA, all while ensuring an unparalleled customer experience. This pivotal position demands the creation and definition of features tailored for the Wholesale market, addressing both B2C and B2B needs. In this role, you'll shape the product development strategy and define the requirements for productisation, GTM, commercial propositions, and ongoing portfolio development. Collaboration is key, as you will be working closely with the commercial, Network, System, and Sales teams, to bring visionary products to life. Key Responsibilities include: - Managing E2E product lifecycle from inception to launch. - Testing samples and researching effectiveness and market impact. - Identifying & evaluating opportunities to gauge potential. - Working with partners & assessing demand ensuring products' viability. - Crafting a compelling product roadmap for B2B & B2C customers. - Determining the optimal features to enhance product effectiveness. - Identifying & defining target customer needs to develop relevant products. - Lead across product dev & product introduction strategy. - Define GTM and commercial propositions, driving growth across the UK. - Focusing on API-first and automated interactions for the wholesale market. - Implementing best practices for governance and lifecycle management. - Partnering with strategic allies to launch top-tier, high-bandwidth products. You will need demonstrable telco product management, with a solid understanding of Ethernet, FTTP, and SOGEA with a customer first approach in product development that sets you apart. The successful candidate will also need strong commercial acumen to ensure ROI in product development/evolution phase. Second to none stakeholder management/influencing skills required, along with a deep understanding of the Telecoms/Wholesale market. Also need an analytical approach and someone with a drive, desire and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, sometimes ambiguous environment separates Cracking brand, hiring manager and circa £70k + package
