Technical Architect – ServiceNow – Inside IR35 SR2 are supporting a major resilience and ServiceNow optimisation programme with a regulated client. You’ll join a cross-functional team improving CMDB, Change Management, and service tiering, ensuring the platform is scalable, integrated, and aligned with best practices. You’ll shape technical direction and oversee integrations with AWS, Salesforce, Workday, Tableau and other enterprise systems. Key Responsibilities Define and govern the technical architecture for CMDB and Change Management in ServiceNow. Ensure platform design aligns to resilience objectives, service tiering and automation goals. Oversee integrations with AWS, Salesforce, Workday, Tableau and other systems. Work closely with developers, SMEs and offshore partners to guide implementation. Review configuration, data models, API usage and technical dependencies. Ensure alignment with ServiceNow best practices and architectural principles.Required Experience Strong background as a ServiceNow Technical Architect or senior platform engineer. Deep knowledge of CMDB, Change Management, Discovery, integrations and MID servers. Experience defining architecture across multi-platform environments (AWS, Salesforce, Workday, etc.). Ability to work with cross-functional teams and guide technical decision-making. Understanding of resilience, ITIL processes and regulatory environments is beneficial
