What We Need to See 7+ years of relevant industry experience with a proven track record in backend platform development. Deep proficiency in Python and the Fast API framework. Extensive experience in designing and operating distributed systems at scale. Solid understanding of both SQL and NoSQL databases like PostgreSQL, Redis, and MongoDB. Expertise in building and consuming RESTful APIs and working with microservices architectures. Hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure. History of owning product delivery from inception through support. Excellent teamwork and communication skills. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field (or equivalent experience).
