About

About Mission
We are a global MGA incubator that empowers world‑class talent to build standout MGAs. From concept to market, Mission provides a 360‑degree service while preserving each MGA’s independence and financial autonomy. Our MGAs underwrite and distribute; we handle everything else. With 29 successful MGAs across 80+ product lines and A‑rated capacity, we are leaders in the space. About The Role
We’re looking for a forward‑thinking Head of Digital Marketing to lead and evolve Mission’s digital strategy across multiple brands and platforms. This remote, full‑time role requires a strategic marketer who can align digital channels to business objectives, manage key partners and platforms, and drive digital performance across the group. The role supports digital marketing across Mission UK & EU’s group of brands—including Mission, Euna, Altea, Ignite, Kayzen, Kova, Carrow, OneBefore, Ventis, and Lumara—with additional MGAs joining by 2026. Support will be tiered by growth potential, ensuring each brand’s digital presence remains distinctive, consistent, and results‑driven. You will be central to developing Mission’s digital maturity, delivering consistent, high‑quality engagement and measurable results. Key Responsibilities
Digital Strategy & Leadership
Work with the Marketing Director to define and deliver Mission’s digital marketing strategy, ensuring alignment with group and brand‑level objectives. Lead the integration of digital activity across web, HubSpot, and social media channels, building a unified approach to performance and growth. Shape targeted digital plans for Mission MGAs that build awareness, generate leads, and strengthen brand positioning. Manage Mission’s digital agency to deliver impactful, insight‑driven campaigns. Manage digital marketing budgets across brands, ensuring spend efficiency and measurable ROI. Performance & Platform Management
Oversee the strategic management of multiple brand websites, ensuring strong user experience, brand alignment, and SEO performance. Champion data‑led marketing through HubSpot and analytics tools. Drive the performance of paid and organic social media campaigns, ensuring effective targeting, creative consistency, and measurable ROI. Ensure content strategies are embedded across all digital channels to strengthen visibility and reach. Establish and maintain an AI workflow that utilises ChatGPT Enterprise, Canva and other appropriate add‑ons to create social posts that align with brand strategy. Measurement & Optimisation
Establish KPIs and reporting frameworks to track performance across all digital platforms. Analyse performance data to identify trends, insights, and optimisation opportunities. Present findings and recommendations to MGA CEOs and senior stakeholders to guide ongoing strategy. Collaboration & Brand Alignment
Partner with the wider Marketing team to ensure digital activity supports overarching brand narratives. Maintain consistent tone, messaging, and visual identity across all brands and platforms. Share digital insights, trends, and best practices to build capability and cohesion across the Mission group. Skills & Experience
10+ years’ experience in digital marketing, ideally across multiple brands or within an agency environment. Proven experience in digital strategy, SEO, HubSpot, analytics, social media, and campaign optimisation. Strong understanding of digital performance measurement, lead generation, and B2B marketing. Experience overseeing website performance, content strategy, and platform management. Excellent copywriting and storytelling skills with a focus on clarity and consistency. Confident managing agencies, stakeholders, and multiple concurrent projects. Strategic mindset with hands‑on capability when required. Additional Information
This is a remote position. Planned in‑office activities may be required on occasion (typically 2–4x per year). You must live in the UK and be authorised to work in the UK without the requirement of employment sponsorship or visa. Seniority level: Executive | Employment type: Full‑time | Job function: Marketing and Sales | Industry: Insurance
