We are looking for a knowledgeable and experienced Conveyancing Assistant / Sales Progressor to join our very successful team in our Manchester office. As a Conveyancing Assistant / Sales Progressor you will manage your own personal portfolio of properties spread across the UK and be responsible for progressing the property through to completion in a timely manner. In house training and coaching Company pension EAP service Onsite gym and yoga Classes Onsite Parking What the role of Conveyancing Assistant/ Sales Progressor involves: Looking after a manageable portfolio and exchanging a targeted number of properties which our current Sales Progressors are achieving comfortably. Liaising with vendors, purchasers, solicitors, financial advisors and other estate agents. Sending out memos, chasing access calls, dealing with surveys & renegotiations, helping clients fill out paperwork, speaking to solicitors, and anything that is required to progress the file to the point of exchange. Upsell some of our recommended financial services/solicitors and get paid generously for these. Update and maintain notes for your portfolio, and keep clients fully updated with the progress.
